About the role
- Lead and oversee complex operating model designs and transformations within JLL
- Engage with internal clients and build trusted relationships
- Identify thematic improvement themes to support business case drafting
- Develop target operating models aligned with client strategic objectives
- Facilitate business and functional leads in the delivery of the future-state operating model design
Requirements
- Strong professional experience and proven track record in diagnosing business challenges
- Collaborative, data-driven approach to designing solutions and delivering results
- Experience with senior stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions for process improvements
- Change management experience in support of successful implementation of transformation programs
- Understanding of/exposure to global real estate markets preferred but not essential
