- Drive operational excellence in Integrated Facility Management (IFM) programs
- Validate and improve facility management processes
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for facility operations

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5-8 years of hands-on facility management experience
- Direct experience with Amazon/JLL facility management operations strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Understanding of facility management processes validation and improvement
