About the role
- Lead and oversee complex operating model designs and transformations
- Work with country and sub-segment board members to drive business change
- Structure holistic transformation programs while engaging with JLL transformation capability
- Interpret business issues and recommend best practices
- Develop target operating models aligned with client strategic objectives
- Facilitate delivery of the future-state operating model design
- Build trusted relationships with internal clients
Requirements
- Strong professional experience in diagnosing business challenges
- Ability to lead teams and workstreams
- Excellent communication, data analysis, and project management skills
- Experience with automation, technology enhancements, and offshore migration
- Experience of business transformation roles with a track record supporting operating model changes
- Change management experience
- Understanding of global real estate markets preferred but not essential
