About the role
- Responsible for L1 & L2 Run Support & maintenance of deployed RPA solutions
- Capture and publish Run metrics/KPIs like incidents, change requests
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, Power Platform
- Review the code and the design, provide expertise in development and integration of systems
- Collaborate with the RPA Governance on best practices
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience with RPA tools Automation Anywhere A360, Power Platform
- Must be Automation Anywhere A360 Certified RPA Professional
- Experience in Development, Run Support, Maintenance, Incident Management and Change Management
- Control room- administration knowledge
- Knowledge of Agile Tools like Azure Dev Ops or JIRA
