About the role
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel
- Prepare executive communications, presentations, and reports with attention to detail and brand consistency
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Plan and execute executive events, board meetings, and client entertainment activities
- Handle confidential information and sensitive matters with complete discretion
- Process expense reports, invoices, and administrative tasks to support executive productivity
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5+ years of executive assistant experience, preferably in professional services or real estate
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management systems, and travel booking platforms
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Flexibility to work extended hours and adapt to changing priorities
