- Supporting industry changing projects
- Assisting in ensuring project related documentation complies with account specific guidelines
- Tracking vendor financials and ensuring timely and accurate closeout of assigned projects

Requirements
- Highly organized with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with construction costs and schedules
- A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is REQUIRED
- (2+) years project management experience with demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects, numerous deadlines, and conflicting priorities
- RETAIL OR BANKING construction management experience PREFERRED
- Demonstrate proficiency in the use and application of project management technology tools
