About the role
- Perform routine reporting and analysis contributing to recommendations for cost basis and tax
- Assist in small to medium projects within cost basis
- Provide analysis within existing reporting models, while recommending minor adjustments
- Make recommendations based on reporting and analysis that best meet client, regulatory or business objectives
- Develop solutions for routine and less complex problems for cost basis and tax reporting
- Troubleshoot, resolve problems or issues, while contributing to define solutions in a Lean environment
- Assist in the training of current and new team members
- Assist the team in processing, when needed
Requirements
- Associate degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in Service or Operations
- Excellent documentation, attention to detail and prioritization skills required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Excel; familiarity with Access/database applications
- Strong analytical, quantitative & problem solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis
- Strong knowledge of business operations and processes in more than two areas
- Ability to communicate effectively on recommendations and analysis results, and establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization
- Ability to initiate and implement process improvements
