About the role
- Oversee the development, maintenance, and operations of physical office spaces
- Manage vendors, coordinate real estate and build-out projects
- Monitor security and maintenance systems, serving as liaison between offices and internal teams
- Design flexible spaces for drop-in work and team gatherings
- Serve as primary contact for landlords and manage vendor relationships
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in facilities management, office operations, or workplace services
- Proven success managing real estate agents, contractors, and technical vendors
- Strong understanding of building systems (electrical, HVAC, security, fire safety, etc.)
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Comfortable working autonomously in a remote-first environment while managing on-site projects as needed
- Ability to travel occasionally to company offices.
- Part-time, salaried role with flexibility in scheduling
- Daily facilities requests management support
- Coordination of occasional company events or in-person gatherings
