💰 $120,000 - $150,000 per year
About the role
- Collaborate with sales/account teams as a functional and technical product expert supporting the buying decision
- Perform pre-sales consulting/solutioning, pricing recommendations, data security/compliance requirements, demonstration setup, and client presentations/demonstrations
- Maintain out-of-the-box demonstration environments, demo datasets, and demo scripts; create advanced tailored demos
- Contribute to Maximo product innovation and liaise between Sales Enablement and product delivery
- Assist sales with client requirements mapping to product features and develop standardized consulting approach for pricing
- Participate in RFx responses and recommend improvements to proposal language and stock deliverables
- Create and maintain client-facing presentation materials and support webinars/conferences/speaking opportunities
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Maximo and related JLL offerings (e.g. AI, sensors)
- Comfortable presenting to decision makers of all levels
- Ability to collaborate with sales, delivery, and account management teams
- Experience with MS Office Suite
- Experience with Maximo or equivalent EAM
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Pre-Sales consulting/solutioning experience (demonstrations, pricing recommendations, data security/compliance)
- Ability to prepare demo environments, demo datasets, and demo scripts
- RFx response participation experience
- Ability to create client-facing presentations and sales videos
