Requirements
Domain knowledge. You understand public housing processes such as rent calculation, recertification, work order management, occupancy, compliance, and resident services.
The experience. You may come from a Public Housing Authority, non-profit, SaaS, ERP, or government environment.
The technical skills. You have a basic familiarity with databases and data structures, and an understanding of how integrations work at a high level.
The initiative. You are a self-starter who thrives in an autonomous role and can research and apply solutions.
The consulting skills. You have a positive and personable attitude, approaching problems with patience, empathy, and tact.
The flexibility. You are willing and able to travel to client sites up to 30% of the time to deliver training or implement solutions.
