• Responsible for multiple clients (25 - 30 monthly)
• Prepare year-end closeout from raw data
• W2s & 1099 reporting
• Enter and classify client data
• Handle routine client questions
• Prepare bank and credit card reconciliations
• Utilize QuickBooks and train clients
• Prepare financial statements for CPA review
• Prepare journal entries for month and year-end close
• Prepare Payroll, Sales & Use Tax Returns, Property Tax Returns
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects & Tax Return preparations as needed
