About the role
- Support our sales team by improving the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of our CRM (Salesforce)
- Organize and maintain Salesforce data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Enrich CRM records and conduct market research using third-party databases (e.g., ZoomInfo).
- Conduct outbound outreach (LinkedIn, phone, email) to prospects and clients for data verification and lead qualification.
- Support market research, forecasting, pipeline monitoring, and business analysis by generating actionable reports.
- Identify process improvements and recommend tools to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Enrolled in Business, Marketing, Sales, Data Analytics, or related field
- Interest in sales operations, business development, or CRM management
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
