About the role
- Oversee and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for clients
- Manage and support the company’s Email and SMS platform, Club Caddie Marketing (Campaign Monitor)
- Collaborate with course operators to understand their business needs and develop tailored marketing plans
- Execute campaigns and train clients to use the tools effectively
- Conduct monthly review meetings with clients to discuss performance and optimize campaigns
- Create compelling, on-brand content for email, SMS, social media, and digital campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics and providing reports and insights
- Conduct live virtual training sessions for clients and develop educational resources to improve self-sufficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
- Passion for marketing, client success, and the golf industry
- 2+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns, preferably within the golf, hospitality, or technology industry
- Understanding of the golf industry, including golf course operations, club management, and golfer engagement
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of email and SMS marketing platforms (Club Caddie Marketing (Campaign Monitor) experience preferred)
- Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
