About the role

  • Oversee and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns for clients
  • Manage and support the company’s Email and SMS platform, Club Caddie Marketing (Campaign Monitor)
  • Collaborate with course operators to understand their business needs and develop tailored marketing plans
  • Execute campaigns and train clients to use the tools effectively
  • Conduct monthly review meetings with clients to discuss performance and optimize campaigns
  • Create compelling, on-brand content for email, SMS, social media, and digital campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, tracking key metrics and providing reports and insights
  • Conduct live virtual training sessions for clients and develop educational resources to improve self-sufficiency

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
  • Passion for marketing, client success, and the golf industry
  • 2+ years of experience managing marketing campaigns, preferably within the golf, hospitality, or technology industry
  • Understanding of the golf industry, including golf course operations, club management, and golfer engagement
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Strong knowledge of email and SMS marketing platforms (Club Caddie Marketing (Campaign Monitor) experience preferred)
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
