Financial Planning and Analysis

• Process invoices, receipts and payments, verify supplier details and tax treatment, and keep supplier records clean
• Reconcile bank transactions and books daily and support an on-time month-end close
• Reconcile revenue and payment-provider transactions (e.g. Stripe) and flag anomalies
• Handle billing changes and act as first point of contact for customer billing & finance queries
• Support collections — trace open claims, gather proof, and coordinate with account managers, collections and operations
• Improve documentation and use AI tools to automate manual finance tasks
• Collaborate across Account Management, Collections and Operations.

• Define and execute JOIN's international expansion strategy (new markets prioritization, GTM localization, partnerships).
• Lead and coach sales & GTM, account management, and RevOps to build a world-class commercial motion.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to align the full funnel and ensure the PLG/MLG and sales & account management motions work together seamlessly.
