About the role

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive portfolio commercialization strategy for the pulsed-field ablation therapeutics NPI portfolio aligned with the overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and US, EMEA and APAC regional teams to ensure consistent and impactful commercialization across all marketing channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and potential opportunities.
  • Utilize insights to refine messaging and positioning of portfolio products.
  • Develop value proposition (positioning and promotion) for new product/solution introductions, as well as formulate clinical claims development for new products, working with medical science and clinical specialists.
  • Drive holistic portfolio-level messaging and claims that resonate with target audiences.
  • Lead disease state level workstreams and efforts to effectively communicate the nuances within specific therapeutic areas and the associated messaging and evidence needs.
  • Drive the cross-functional and cross-organizational delivery of the strategy and global product portfolio marketing plans, including value propositions, positioning, segmentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering or relative experience is required.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., M.B.A.) is highly preferred.
  • 6 + years of related business experience in Electrophysiology or medical device marketing
  • Previous experience in Medical Device or healthcare environment, with proven ability to learn complex technology and clinical applications is required.
  • Experience developing and launching new products is required.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Demonstrated success working in a collaborative environment.
  • Worldwide or international experience preferred.
  • 20% travel including weekends (domestic and international).
  • Proven behaviors as a strong partner and team player, especially with functions including global education, R&D, commercial field leadership, regulatory affairs, clinical affairs and operations/planning/manufacturing.
