About the role

  • Guide, coordinate, and improve how products move from development through manufacturing and supply
  • Shape product plans, prepare manufacturing and supply paths, and strengthen lifecycle performance
  • Work closely with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to make decisions and solve problems
  • Set, measure, and review goals related to reliability, cost, inventory, and financial results
  • Partner, prepare, and coordinate with Operations and R&D to support new product launches
  • Identify, test, and implement improvements in manufacturability and production processes
  • Monitor, evaluate, and strengthen cost, quality, service levels, and compliance
  • Review, compare, and approve capital investments based on real need and impact
  • Organize, connect, and support supply chain projects
  • Assess, forecast, and mitigate supply‑related risks to protect product availability

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or University degree is required: MBA or Masters degree is preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience is required
  • 5 years leading or coordinating cross‑functional work
  • Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or similar fields
  • Direct experience operating in a healthcare manufacturing environment
  • Ability to interpret financial drivers such as COGS and P&L elements
  • Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and NPI processes
  • Comfortable working across global teams and complex structures
