About the role
- Guide, coordinate, and improve how products move from development through manufacturing and supply
- Shape product plans, prepare manufacturing and supply paths, and strengthen lifecycle performance
- Work closely with Operations, R&D, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to make decisions and solve problems
- Set, measure, and review goals related to reliability, cost, inventory, and financial results
- Partner, prepare, and coordinate with Operations and R&D to support new product launches
- Identify, test, and implement improvements in manufacturability and production processes
- Monitor, evaluate, and strengthen cost, quality, service levels, and compliance
- Review, compare, and approve capital investments based on real need and impact
- Organize, connect, and support supply chain projects
- Assess, forecast, and mitigate supply‑related risks to protect product availability
Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and/or University degree is required: MBA or Masters degree is preferred
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant professional work experience is required
- 5 years leading or coordinating cross‑functional work
- Experience working in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, or similar fields
- Direct experience operating in a healthcare manufacturing environment
- Ability to interpret financial drivers such as COGS and P&L elements
- Familiarity with production planning, inventory management, and NPI processes
- Comfortable working across global teams and complex structures
