About the role
- Leading operational aspects & execution focused on contractual management
- Coordinates with Field Sales Leadership Team and internal business partners
- Assists in all aspects of contract operations
- Manages account performance and engages KAM leadership
- Builds strong relationships with economic decision makers
- Responsible for contract management including RFPs, renewals, deal creation
- Works collaboratively with overall IDN account team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ Years of Related Experience
- Solid understanding of the U.S. healthcare market
- Financial competence required
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment
- Collaborative style and strong analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage differing opinions and perspectives
- Relevant product knowledge (Ethicon Platforms / capital)
- Experience in contracting, marketing, Sales & Sales management
