About the role
- Own and execute HR data quality controls across core HR domains
- Identify, assess data quality issues rooted in HR processes
- Perform root-cause analysis to distinguish process, policy, and system contributors to data quality issues
- Define and maintain data quality rules, validation checks, and monitoring routines
- Partner with HR domain owners to define and document HR data standards
- Act as a trusted partner to HR Operations teams
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
- 5+ years of professional experience in HR Data Quality, HR Data Governance, or HR Process Enablement within a large, complex, global organization
- Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle events
- Experience identifying and resolving data issues driven by process gaps
- Hands-on experience defining and applying data quality rules, validation logic, and controls
- Solid understanding of SQL and common data analysis techniques
- Proven track record to operate in ambiguous environments
