About the role

  • Own and execute HR data quality controls across core HR domains
  • Identify, assess data quality issues rooted in HR processes
  • Perform root-cause analysis to distinguish process, policy, and system contributors to data quality issues
  • Define and maintain data quality rules, validation checks, and monitoring routines
  • Partner with HR domain owners to define and document HR data standards
  • Act as a trusted partner to HR Operations teams

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR Data Quality, HR Data Governance, or HR Process Enablement within a large, complex, global organization
  • Strong understanding of HR business processes and employee lifecycle events
  • Experience identifying and resolving data issues driven by process gaps
  • Hands-on experience defining and applying data quality rules, validation logic, and controls
  • Solid understanding of SQL and common data analysis techniques
  • Proven track record to operate in ambiguous environments
