About the role
- Expand the sales of Johnson & Johnson MedTech - Neurovascular Division products
- Convert competitive products in a manner that is commensurate with company policy and sales direction
- Demonstrate proper surgical use of products to physicians
- Handle customer product questions and objections
- Maintain and expand current accounts
- Build new accounts and develop strong customer relationships
- Meet quotas for a variety of products
- Execute the selling cycle in a concise, professional, ethical and persuasive manner
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR a minimum of 3 years of relevant healthcare or business to business sales experience is required
- A minimum of 2 years of Medical Device sales experience is preferred
- Neurovascular experience preferred
- Experience selling to surgeons in an operating room or Radiology suite environment is strongly preferred
- A valid driver’s license issued in the United States
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential
- Ability to relocate and reside within the assigned Territory
