About the role
- Selling Biosurgery range of Hemostatic products in assigned territory.
- Establishing Biosurgery portfolio as the preferred choice in assigned territory.
- Close coordination with account managers & supervisors.
- Management of existing KOLs and inclusion of new KOLs.
- Achieving/exceeding sales targets for the Franchise.
- Closing sales and positively impacting customer's satisfaction.
- Developing long-term customer relationships and loyalty in J&J Medical.
Requirements
- Graduate Degree, preferable in Science/Pharmacy
- Minimum 3-8 years of experience in healthcare required.
- Experience in managing HCP KOLs, working with larger teams.
- Sales experience in Adjunctive Hemostats will be preferred.
- Should be proficient in local language and English.
