About the role

  • Selling Biosurgery range of Hemostatic products in assigned territory.
  • Establishing Biosurgery portfolio as the preferred choice in assigned territory.
  • Close coordination with account managers & supervisors.
  • Management of existing KOLs and inclusion of new KOLs.
  • Achieving/exceeding sales targets for the Franchise.
  • Closing sales and positively impacting customer's satisfaction.
  • Developing long-term customer relationships and loyalty in J&J Medical.

Requirements

  • Graduate Degree, preferable in Science/Pharmacy
  • Minimum 3-8 years of experience in healthcare required.
  • Experience in managing HCP KOLs, working with larger teams.
  • Sales experience in Adjunctive Hemostats will be preferred.
  • Should be proficient in local language and English.
