About the role
- Lead the development and execution of the Customer Engagements strategy.
- Design and implement a comprehensive customer engagement strategy.
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Partner with regional and global teams to integrate customer feedback into product design.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for engagement programs.
- Monitor and analyze engagement outcomes for strategy refinement.
- Present and communicate the value of the OTTAVA program to diverse audiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- MBA or Advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of proven experience leading customer engagement strategies for new product development and commercial sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and internal teams.
- Strong project leadership skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel between Santa Clara and Cincinnati as needed.
