About the role

  • Lead the development and execution of the Customer Engagements strategy.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive customer engagement strategy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • MBA or Advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of proven experience leading customer engagement strategies for new product development and commercial sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and internal teams.
  • Strong project leadership skills, with experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel between Santa Clara and Cincinnati as needed.
