About the role
- Champion a strong learning culture across the Medical & Scientific Affairs organization.
- Empower teams with knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
- Shape and deliver strategic learning and development solutions that elevate performance.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Learning Excellence Organization.
- Diagnose business needs and performance gaps; recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Act as SME and review content with L&D Experience & Enablement.
- Monitor and report learning impact; share evaluation findings with partners.
- Manage project resources and oversee RFPs, vendor results, timelines, and value.
- Facilitate workshops and training as required.
Requirements
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
- Project Management; Change Management; Leading without Authority; Collaboration and Teaming; Communications; Interpersonal Skills; Problem Solving; Critical Thinking; Organizational Agility; Influence and Impact.
- Preferred: Experience in the Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industry.
- Experience in medical affairs, and/or learning & development.
- Knowledge and experience with adult learning and developing and delivering adult training curriculums.
