About the role

  • Champion a strong learning culture across the Medical & Scientific Affairs organization.
  • Empower teams with knowledge, skills, and capabilities.
  • Shape and deliver strategic learning and development solutions that elevate performance.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and Learning Excellence Organization.
  • Diagnose business needs and performance gaps; recommend targeted learning solutions.
  • Act as SME and review content with L&D Experience & Enablement.
  • Monitor and report learning impact; share evaluation findings with partners.
  • Manage project resources and oversee RFPs, vendor results, timelines, and value.
  • Facilitate workshops and training as required.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Project Management; Change Management; Leading without Authority; Collaboration and Teaming; Communications; Interpersonal Skills; Problem Solving; Critical Thinking; Organizational Agility; Influence and Impact.
  • Preferred: Experience in the Life Science/Pharmaceutical industry or other regulated industry.
  • Experience in medical affairs, and/or learning & development.
  • Knowledge and experience with adult learning and developing and delivering adult training curriculums.
