About the role
- Execute study-level activities, create and update trial-specific documents
- Vendor oversight & delivery
- Country and regional oversight of local operational delivery
- Align feasibility strategy and target setting
- Perform country-level risk reviews
- Resolve trial-related issues
- Mentor & support onboarding of new team members
Requirements
- BS degree or equivalent in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Nursing, Pharmacy)
- Minimum of 8 years in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare or related industries
- Experience in and knowledge of the pharmaceutical development process
- Clinical research operational knowledge across multiple phases of studies (Phase I-IV)
- 2-3 years’ experience leading multiple aspects of a global clinical trial
- Excellent leadership skills
- Must possess decision-making, analytical and financial management skills
- Strong project planning/management skills
