Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Develop digitally enabled validation module for Johnson & Johnson MedTech.
Ensure the speed and efficiency of the Agile/Scrum process in collaboration with the Product Owner, the Business Analyst and the Scrum Master.
Clearly articulate business needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the development team.
Offer operational supervision and assistance to uphold the efficiency and effectiveness of processes throughout the organization.
Recognize areas for enhancement and implement standard methodologies to improve productivity and quality.
Foster a culture of creativity and identify new opportunities to drive innovation within the organization.
Implement brand new solutions to continuously improve operational performance.
Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and hard-working work environment.
Work closely with senior leaders, department heads, and external partners to align projects with strategic priorities.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field required;
Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the medical devices industry.
Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-functional projects with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.
Strong knowledge of the medical devices industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
Validation experience across equipment, process, and systems.
Change Management experience with sector-level initiatives.
Experience with GxP systems and implementation.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaborator management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred: Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
Experience with Computerized Systems Validation (CSV), SDLC, Agile/Scrum processes preferred.
Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in project management software tools.
Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
Established track record of accomplishing critical initiatives.
PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
Proficiency in English is required.
Occasional travel may be required, both national and international.
