About the role

  • Lead and manage a portfolio of strategic projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop digitally enabled validation module for Johnson & Johnson MedTech.
  • Ensure the speed and efficiency of the Agile/Scrum process in collaboration with the Product Owner, the Business Analyst and the Scrum Master.
  • Clearly articulate business needs and translate them into detailed requirements for the development team.
  • Offer operational supervision and assistance to uphold the efficiency and effectiveness of processes throughout the organization.
  • Recognize areas for enhancement and implement standard methodologies to improve productivity and quality.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and identify new opportunities to drive innovation within the organization.
  • Implement brand new solutions to continuously improve operational performance.
  • Lead and mentor a team of project managers and support staff, fostering a collaborative and hard-working work environment.
  • Work closely with senior leaders, department heads, and external partners to align projects with strategic priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with proven experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field required;
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the medical devices industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-functional projects with a focus on innovation and operational excellence.
  • Strong knowledge of the medical devices industry, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Validation experience across equipment, process, and systems.
  • Change Management experience with sector-level initiatives.
  • Experience with GxP systems and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaborator management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Preferred: Experience with budget management and financial oversight.
  • Experience with Computerized Systems Validation (CSV), SDLC, Agile/Scrum processes preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Advanced proficiency in project management software tools.
  • Experience working in a global or multinational organization.
  • Established track record of accomplishing critical initiatives.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Occasional travel may be required, both national and international.
