About the role
- Developing and executing business plans to drive utilization in existing NeuWave Medical Accounts
- Recruiting new users and educating referring physicians
- Executing training of physicians and staff
- Managing account relationships to achieve consistent and profitable sales revenue
- Building value creation to strengthen relationships and protect from competitors
- Responsible for service agreement contracts
- Developing professional education events tailored to each market
- Providing technical consultation to physicians in procedure rooms
- Overseeing implementation and account development processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least 2 years of relevant Medical Device/Healthcare and/or Business-to-Business sales experience
- Strong proven medical device sales track record with documented growth and achievements
- Demonstrated success in previous sales roles, indicating a high level of sales performance, influence and selling skills
- Capital Equipment experience
- Market development or product launch experience
- Strong business acumen, including C-Suite customer experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% – 60%
