About the role

  • Own and develop brand plan for Mentor breast aesthetics & reconstruction portfolio
  • Develop launch plans for New Products & Focus Segments
  • Identify key drivers and opportunities for product, procedures and market growth
  • Acquire new product and category insights to collaborate commercial team
  • Oversee local marketing plan & marketing initiatives
  • Partner with local distributors & their sales team
  • Lead customer experience strategy and execution for breast aesthetics & reconstruction health care professionals in Southeast Asia

Requirements

  • Sales and Marketing experience 7-10 years and above
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Admin, Technology or MBA is an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication & presentation skills in English
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset & leadership qualities
  • Solid understanding of different marketing techniques both off-line & online
  • Passion for the marketing in aesthetics industry
  • Experience in distributor management and aesthetic medical device products will be an advantage
