Identify and onboard new regional partners, especially in the health, fitness, and wellness sectors (e.g., gyms, PTs, studios, health clinics, wellness hubs)
Develop relationships with corporate wellbeing leads, HR departments, and workplace wellness partners to introduce company offerings to employees and organisations
Represent the brand at local events, networking meetups, and in-person meetings within your region
Manage and nurture key accounts to ensure long-term engagement and satisfaction
Work with high-profile accounts and mirror this success regionally
Provide market insights and feedback from your region to help shape business development strategies
Collaborate with the wider team to ensure consistent messaging and delivery across the UK
Plan and support regional events, pop-ups, and activations that increase local awareness and community engagement
Autonomously manage your schedule and pipeline from a home base in a UK hub; provide weekly updates, CRM inputs, and performance metrics to the central London HQ
Report directly to the Business Development Manager and drive high-impact growth locally
Requirements
Based in or near a major UK city or regional hub (e.g., Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Bristol)
Proven success in B2B sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in the health, fitness, wellness, or corporate wellbeing sectors
UK Driving License
Excellent communicator and relationship-builder with an entrepreneurial mindset
Passionate about health, nutrition, and improving lives through wellness
Highly organised and self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed remotely
Comfortable working independently, but thrives as part of a larger team
Previous experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
Ability to represent the brand at local events and networking meetups
