Content Manager

• Lead creation of high-quality content and manage campaigns across multiple platforms
• Capture authentic moments across the brand's community and lead production across photography, short-form video, motion graphics, podcasts, and design assets
• Adapt creative to suit platform-specific needs (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, podcast, email) and ensure brand alignment
• Own and manage the content calendar, plan, schedule, and publish content consistently; ensure website updates
• Create advertising content for Meta and Google campaigns and support media buying agency
• Track and analyse content performance, share insights in weekly and monthly meetings, and tie content to marketing KPIs
• Manage CRM and email campaigns for prospects and members; support community engagement and influencer relationships
