About the role
- Build and maintain automation solutions that streamline legal, customer, and operational workflows
- Develop full-stack features using PHP (Laravel) and React/Next.js
- Integrate systems and build workflow automations across business systems (e.g., HubSpot, GCP)
- Collaborate with non-technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into scalable solutions
- Identify opportunities for improvement and proactively build smarter ways of working
- Leverage LLMs and AI-driven automation where appropriate
- Switch between deep coding tasks and calls with colleagues to understand workflows
- Own projects, work independently, and contribute in a small cross-functional team based in Stockholm
- Work full-time aligned with Swedish office hours (Central European Time)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a developer with strong skills in PHP (Laravel) and React/Next.js
- Experience in automating workflows and building integrations across business systems
- Strong understanding of operational processes and ability to collaborate with legal/operations teams
- Experience with HubSpot and Google Cloud Platform
- Familiarity with LLMs and AI-driven automation
- Excellent communication skills for working with non-technical colleagues
- Commercial mindset, focused on efficiency and scalability
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, proactive approach
- Experience with platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n (brownie point)
- Background in legal tech, SaaS, or compliance-driven industries (brownie point)
- Knowledge of data security and privacy best practices (ISO 27001, SOC 2, GDPR) (brownie point)
- Experience integrating or extending CRM/ERP systems (brownie point)
