About the role

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for GTM (Go-to-Market) and G&A (General and Administrative) roles across the EMEA region, with a focus on the UK and Riyadh markets
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in creative, technical, and VFX fields
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create compelling job descriptions for hybrid and non-standard profiles
  • Conduct portfolio-based assessments for creative roles, evaluating candidates' skills and potential fit within the organization
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial outreach to offer negotiation and closing for senior individual contributors
  • Collaborate with the London-based team to align recruitment efforts with company goals and culture
  • Adapt recruiting strategies to accommodate early-stage or ambiguous role definitions in a fast-paced AI-driven environment

Requirements

  • 6+ years recruiting senior individual contributors
  • Experience recruiting hybrid or non-standard profiles
  • Portfolio-based assessment experience for creative roles
  • Prior EMEA or UK-based recruiting experience
  • Primary working hours aligned to UK timezone for mgmt alignment but work may cover EU and US team members.
  • Ability to collaborate with London-based principals
  • Familiarity recruiting across London and Riyadh markets (strong preferred)
