- Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for U.S.-based businesses (often law firms).
- Summary: First point of contact for prospective clients; uphold client-focused, empathetic intake and onboarding.
- Answer phones and build relationships with prospective clients
- Handle intake processes, receive introductions and follow up
- Schedule consultations and track case data
- Assist with relationship management and data entry projects
- Support administrative tasks and develop client relationship systems
- Conduct initial screenings and gather essential case information
- Input client details into case management systems and prepare intake summaries for attorney review
- Follow up promptly with potential clients and maintain communication through onboarding
- Maintain and update client records in the firm’s case management system
Requirements

- Ability to connect with clients in a friendly, respectful, and reassuring manner
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management
- Comfortable with virtual meeting platforms and CRM tools
- Basic understanding of estate planning terminology is a plus
- Dedicated to treating clients as individuals, not just cases
- Experience with CRM: Lawcus
- Experience with VOIP: Dialpad
- Languages: English and Spanish
- Work hours: EST (North Carolina) 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Call scale: 6 to 15 calls per day
