About the role
- Engage with potential clients through outreach efforts to generate interest and new business opportunities.
- Guide new clients through onboarding, ensuring they understand the platform and its value.
- Maintain ongoing communication with current accounts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
- Support account management and customer service teams by coordinating client communications and following up on open items.
- Handle non-technical service requests and assist clients with general inquiries.
- Keep client records updated and organized in HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback, improve processes, and support growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales – must be comfortable engaging leads and managing client communication.
- 2–5 years of experience in roles involving customer interaction, such as account coordination, customer success, or business development.
- Experience using HubSpot or other CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Advanced English (verbal and written) – able to communicate confidently with international clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
