About the role
- Prepare C-level strategic summaries for Korean and English-speaking audiences
- Create and execute customized reports, forecasts, and operational recommendations for retail teams
- Synthesize information from multiple data sources across retail and cross-functional groups
- Plan projects including milestone management and risk/issue management
- Collaborate closely with sales enablement, marketing, supply chain, and finance on business metrics and forecasts
- Influence and coordinate cross-functional resources to attain objectives and execute on timelines
- Drive strategic initiatives from ideation to end results
Requirements
- Fluent Korean speaking and writing
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in corporate or product strategy role
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to establish frameworks
- Proven ability to collaborate with various levels of associates
- Strong organization and execution skills; able to operate independently
- Experience with top retailer, mobile carrier, or consumer electronics strongly preferred
- Ability to influence, lead, motivate and direct cross-functional resources
- Ability to adapt to constantly evolving market conditions and business requirements
