About the role
- Manage financial operations for the Mobile Logistics Department, with emphasis on operational spend (warehouse, transportation).
- Oversee accounts payable, financial reporting, and data analysis.
- Lead monthly forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis for logistics operations.
- Prepare and deliver financial reports and executive decks to stakeholders (executives, dispatchers, HQ Korea).
- Collaborate with warehouse operations, transportation, accounting, and HQ teams.
- Participate in regular financial review meetings (2–4 per month) to review performance, forecasts, and process improvements.
- Reallocate costs to appropriate cost centers and manage month-end closing processes.
- Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency improvements, and risk minimization.
- Drive continuous process improvements in financial management and reporting.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to financial strategy, analysis, and operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or corporate finance
- Flexible: 5+ years with strong bilingual (Korean/English) skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear insights
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- SAP experience preferred
- Logistics or supply chain experience helpful, but not required
- Korean/English bilingual highly preferred
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills with confidence to interact at all levels
- Self-starter, able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
