• Supervise the daily operations of our correspondent lending channel, which includes loan delivery, purchasing, funding, and post-closing activities.
• Drive innovation and enhancement of operational workflows to elevate efficiency, accuracy, and turnaround times.
• Maintain vigilant oversight of the loan pipeline and purchasing timelines to ensure we consistently meet our service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Serve as the main operational liaison for correspondent lenders, addressing escalations, resolving challenges, and fostering robust business relationships.
• Facilitate the onboarding of new correspondent partners, ensuring thorough setup, training, and compliance alignment.
• Ensure transparent and proactive communication with all operational departments—including underwriting, funding, closing, post-closing, compliance, quality control, and secondary marketing—to promote synchronization, timely issue resolution, and efficient loan processing.
• Evaluate partner performance, monitor delivery quality, and ensure adherence to investor guidelines.
• Collaborate with the compliance and quality control teams to guarantee compliance with agency, investor, and regulatory standards.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, implement technological solutions, and propose policy enhancements to optimize processes.
• Perform regular reviews and audits to maintain data integrity and reduce purchase suspense conditions.
• Collaborate with all relevant operational and business units to ensure alignment with credit policies, product offerings, and service standards.
• Work with IT and systems teams to enhance platform functionality for correspondent users.
• Lead and mentor the operations team supporting the correspondent channel, offering training, guidance, and feedback on performance.
• Set clear performance metrics, monitor outcomes, and ensure accountability throughout the team.

• The Opportunity: JMAC Lending is in search of a dedicated Client Support Representative. This exceptional individual will play a vital role in guiding and training our customers on using the broker portal and navigating the loan process. You will serve as the liaison between our valued customers, operations, and account executives, fostering collaboration and seamless communication. Your contributions will be key in cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with our brokers, driving sales growth along the way. • This is a Full-Time/Fully Remote opportunity offering competitive pay ranging from $21.15-$25.85 per hour.
• Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a vital link between brokers and our operations team
- Support brokers with technical inquiries concerning imports, registrations, disclosures, uploads, pre-lock processes, and loan submissions
- Ensure clients are included in the daily rate sheet distribution
- Provide assistance to brokers through various online platforms including Client Support, Live Chat, Phone, or Email
- Lead and facilitate engaging webinar training sessions to onboard new brokers and potential prospects
- Communicate effectively with and assist customers, guiding them through the broker portal and the loan process
- Uphold the confidentiality of all employee and company information
- Set up and continually manage broker information in Salesforce and LQB (LOS System)
- Enhance the Broker department's efficiency by establishing new client logins
- Identify opportunities and challenges, taking proactive measures to resolve issues or seize opportunities
- Be prepared for potential overtime as needed
- Execute other assigned duties as required.

• Job Duties & Responsibilities: • Collaborate with Clients, Sales & Operations to proactively manage pipeline movement, expedite the loan at every milestone and mediate any challenges at the loan level.
• Review conditions for accuracy to eliminate piece mail conditions. Work and communicate with client to advocate for expediency in loan process by lessening turn times.
• Manage multiple500 projects with the ability to prioritize seamlessly, with strong attention to detail and compliance deadlines.
• Serve as liaison support for Clients, Sales and internal operations groups to identify and solve loan level or process related issues.
• Work with Sales and Operations leadership to escalate issues, facilitate transparent communication and provide winning solutions for clients.
• ·Apply calm and confidence based problem-solving techniques to successfully address and resolve issues for both internal/external clients to continuously improve processes and provide a competitive advantage through customer intimacy and operational excellence.
• Establish and promote constructive feedback from clients and share with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to help them identify sales opportunities or process efficiency ideas.
• Provide World Class service through highly disciplined follow-up and guidance to our Sales Team and Clients
• Build strong interpersonal relationships with the Production Team, Operational Associates & Clients to create a collaborative working environment, maintain high morale & foster retention among all parties.
