About the role

  • Learn and use Jitterbit processes and tools (CRM, Salesloft) within first 30 days
  • Explain Jitterbit’s value proposition and new features to prospects
  • Uncover initiatives where Jitterbit can be used and align solutions to prospects' objectives
  • Create and execute tailored outreach sequences and calling scripts for target accounts
  • Outbound prospecting: place high-volume calls and tailored emails to generate leads
  • Meet monthly goals (12 SQLs), build pipeline, and collaborate with sales and marketing
  • Document and share prospect insights, trends, and outreach effectiveness with BDR team
  • Identify key technologies and competitors and position Jitterbit accordingly

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-2 years of sales experience as a BDR selling SaaS, including cold-calling
  • Knowledge and passion for cloud based products, technology and SaaS
  • Highly organized and agile
  • Competitive, rapid growth mindset
