About the role

  • Learn and start using Jitterbit processes and tools (CRM, Salesloft) within first 30 days
  • Explain Jitterbit’s value proposition and new features to prospects
  • Uncover initiatives where Jitterbit can be used to streamline business processes
  • Create and execute outreach sequences and calling scripts tailored to accounts
  • Execute outbound prospecting: ~360 calls and ~70 tailored emails weekly
  • Generate and qualify leads to produce 12 Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) per month
  • Build pipeline and work collaboratively with sales and marketing to drive net new revenue
  • Document and share prospect insights and trends with the BDR team
  • Identify key technologies and competitors and position Jitterbit effectively

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-2 years of sales experience as a BDR selling SaaS, including cold-calling
  • Knowledge and passion for cloud based products, technology and SaaS
  • A competitive, rapid growth mindset
  • A continuous improvement mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and outreach tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo)
