Set up and manage team member accounts across Microsoft 365, Zoom, HubSpot, and more
Monitor and continuously improve cybersecurity measures to keep people and data protected
Roll out customer environments smoothly, both in the cloud (Azure) and on-prem
Create clear, easy-to-follow guides and documentation that help the team get the most out of tech

Requirements

1-2 years' experience in technical operations or IT
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure
Comfortable with Windows 10/11 and PowerShell scripting skills
Familiar with Intune and have a track record of keeping systems running smoothly
Good understanding of networking fundamentals
Can explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical colleagues
Natural problem solver who genuinely enjoys helping others
Care about building scalable processes that improve peers' experience
Experience with Linux or Mac OS is a plus
Cybersecurity qualifications or hands-on experience with Docker
