• Support the firm in the orderly, timely and cost-effective conduct of client business.
• Provide support in the conduct of files, including litigation and regulatory support, document collection and management, and document preparation.
• Collaborate between the lawyers, the litigation support specialists, and legal administrative assistants.
• Prepare timelines and work plans for filings, hearings and trials.
• Manage complex evidence records and arrange dates for trials and judicial review hearings.
• Oversee the management of documents and legal databases.
