Account Executive

• Generate new leads and develop the prospect portfolio through market research within the assigned geographic territory
• Create new business opportunities and meet prospective clients in person
• Prospect through various techniques, emphasizing new business generation in partnership with the Sales Director
• Establish, build, and expand relationships with potential customers through regional Jetfly affinity partnerships and personal networks
• Maintain accurate and timely sales interaction and opportunity documentation in the sales CRM
• Onboard new clients and proactively service and maintain existing accounts
• Relay customer requests concerning contracts, invoicing, and demonstration flights between relevant parties
• Resolve client issues strategically
• Collaborate with Europe-based Sales Directors and the Marketing team
• Contribute to continuous process improvement

Sales Executive

• Handle sales administration, including contract-related customer requests, invoicing, demonstration-flight organization, and strategic issue resolution
• Collaborate with Sales Directors across Europe and the Marketing team
• Foster continuous process improvement

Sales Executive, Danish Market

Marketing

• Contribute to the creation of the company’s internal yearbook by coordinating with different departments, collecting key highlights, and helping structure engaging internal content.
• Coordinate the internal newsletter in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Support social media activities by assisting with content creation, scheduling, and integration on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (light social media monitoring/benchmark to support future campaigns).
• Assist in the management, preparation, and tracking of welcome packs for new clients, including the upcoming launch of differentiated welcome packs based on contract types.
• Support research on additional client touchpoints (limited scope, exploratory support).
• Support the research and selection of suppliers for internal goodies.
• Assist with product development, order follow-up, and coordination with external providers (printers, designers, suppliers).
• Help manage internal goodies stock and related logistics.
• Monitor and manage marketing-related stock (goodies, printed materials), including tracking, replenishment, and inventory updates.
• Support the organization, sorting, storage, and filing of marketing materials to ensure efficient access for the team.
• Assist in the organization of marketing materials for external events in collaboration with the Sales team.
• Support the preparation of key internal events such as the Christmas Party, Summer Party, Fly-in, etc.
• Provide general administrative support to the Marketing team on daily operational tasks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, HR, Travel, and Operations.
