About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Generate new leads and develop the prospect portfolio through market research within the assigned geographic territory
Create new business opportunities and meet prospective clients in person
Prospect through various techniques, emphasizing new business generation in partnership with the Sales Director
Establish, build, and expand relationships with potential customers through regional Jetfly affinity partnerships and personal networks
Maintain accurate and timely sales interaction and opportunity documentation in the sales CRM
Onboard new clients and proactively service and maintain existing accounts
Relay customer requests concerning contracts, invoicing, and demonstration flights between relevant parties
Resolve client issues strategically
Collaborate with Europe-based Sales Directors and the Marketing team
Contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of a Business school or equivalent in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
Fluency in English is essential for the assigned market
Knowledge of Irish is an advantage
Minimum 2–4 years of related professional work experience
Self-motivated and results-driven
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Knowledge of the assigned territory is an asset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to travel to industry trade shows, client events, and prospective/customer meetings
Service-oriented, collaborative, and ambitious mindset
