Accounting Manager

• Manage and prioritize the Accounting product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility to maximize delivered value.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Accounting, Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance (QA), Professional Services, and Customer Success teams to define and deliver innovative financial solutions.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into epics, user stories, workflows, and clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure a shared understanding of priorities.
• Write functional specifications that support financial operations while adhering to accounting principles and enterprise architecture.

QA Engineer

• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, regression suites, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
• Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and release testing across multiple ERP modules, with a primary focus on Financials, Merchandise Management, Planning, and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Analyze business and functional requirements to identify risks, edge cases, and data-related defects
• Identify, document, track, and validate software defects throughout the defect lifecycle
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Customer Support teams to ensure complete test coverage and release readiness
• Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve quality, efficiency, and coverage
• Support CI/CD testing integration and automation initiatives
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend product and process improvements
• Define, maintain, and continuously improve QA processes, standards, and testing methodologies

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and integration testing across Vision Suite modules.
• Execute and maintain regression automation suites, ensuring reliability and scalability of test coverage.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA analysts to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins) for continuous testing.
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis with engineering teams.
• Maintain test data, environments, and automation frameworks aligned with production configurations.
• Document automation frameworks, test cases, and testing processes to ensure knowledge sharing and audit readiness.
• Mentor junior QA team members on automation best practices and tools when needed.

QA Automation Specialist – 12-month Contract

Analyst

• Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming client support requests via phone, email, and web channels.
• Independently resolve the majority of Level 1 technical issues within defined SLA targets.
• Provide technical assistance related to software, hardware, ERP usage, and basic networking issues.
• Accurately log, update, and maintain tickets with complete client, troubleshooting, and resolution details.
• Professionally manage multiple concurrent calls and tickets, including prioritization, holds, callbacks, and follow‑ups.
• Follow documented troubleshooting steps and escalation procedures, escalating critical or after‑hours issues when required.
• Ensure consistently high‑quality ticket documentation, including steps taken and final resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and process enhancements.
• Create and update knowledge base articles based on resolved issues to improve first‑contact resolution.
• Participate in internal projects and operational initiatives during periods of lower call volume.
• Begin handling a defined percentage of Level 2‑type tickets under guidance and support escalation activities as needed.
