About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, regression suites, and test scripts for both manual and automated testing
  • Perform functional, system, integration, regression, and release testing across multiple ERP modules, with a primary focus on Financials, Merchandise Management, Planning, and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Analyze business and functional requirements to identify risks, edge cases, and data-related defects
  • Identify, document, track, and validate software defects throughout the defect lifecycle
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and Customer Support teams to ensure complete test coverage and release readiness
  • Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of automated testing frameworks to improve quality, efficiency, and coverage
  • Support CI/CD testing integration and automation initiatives
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend product and process improvements
  • Define, maintain, and continuously improve QA processes, standards, and testing methodologies
  • Establish and monitor quality metrics, dashboards, and testing progress
  • Communicate testing progress, risks, and quality metrics clearly with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Mentor junior QA team members and support sprint-level QA coordination
  • At the senior level, contribute to QA strategy, automation leadership, quality standards, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple product areas

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • QA certifications (ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent) are an asset
  • Training in test automation, CI/CD pipelines, or performance testing is an asset
  • 3–5+ years of QA experience testing enterprise or business applications (Intermediate level)
  • QA experience with demonstrated technical leadership or ownership of testing initiatives (Senior level)
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, defect lifecycle management, and QA best practices
  • Experience testing web-based or cloud applications
  • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining manual and automated test cases
  • Experience contributing to or maintaining test automation frameworks
  • Experience testing ERP, retail, supply chain, or warehouse management systems, particularly within Financials, Merchandise Management, Planning, or Warehouse Management System (WMS) modules, is strongly preferred
  • Experience with performance, load, or data-driven testing is an asset
  • Experience working within Agile environments and CI/CD pipelines is an asset
