About the role
- Own Jerry.ai’s AI driven communications product and underlying messaging infrastructure
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to create lovable AI interactions that increase automation and customer satisfaction
- Analyze data to identify and prioritize improvements to core messaging systems
- Identify bottlenecks to shape prompt engineering best practices and the technical roadmap
- Scale messaging across SMS, in-app chat, email, and voice
- Stay on top of AI trends, best practices, and technology to make strategic decisions and drive engagement, conversion, and retention
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in management consulting, technical product management, data analytics, or operations at a fast paced startup
- Familiarity with SQL
- Technologist and systems thinker; comfortable in technical conversations and translating complex ideas into simple terms
- Data-driven and comfortable diving into data to answer questions
- Ownership of metrics and continuous improvement mindset
- Passion for AI and early adoption of AI tools
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada (application asks)
- Preference for candidates living in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NY, NV, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario (or open to relocating)
