About the role
- Scale Jerry.ai’s core insurance business, targeting growth from 5M to 50M customers
- Report directly to the VP of Insurance Operations
- Own the systems, strategy, and execution behind Jerry’s quoting engine, automation infrastructure, and carrier performance
- Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and analytics to create a seamless user experience
- Ensure ongoing carrier success to drive loss ratio, retention, and conversion
- Shape the strategy of Jerry.ai’s insurance marketplace and influence company-wide outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (preferred)
- 7+ years of management consulting experience (McKinsey, Bain, BCG preferred)
- Track record of hiring and managing high-performing teams
- Structured framework for problem-solving and first principles thinking
- Comfortable communicating with technical stakeholders, business partners, and C-suite
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada (application requirement)
- Willingness to answer visa sponsorship question (application requirement)
