Report directly to a cofounder and partner closely with senior leaders to lead the most impactful and complex searches
Responsible for elevating organizational talent density with each hire and ensuring teams operate at an extremely high level
Act as project leader on roles: drive searches forward, identify blockers, iterate on interview process and candidate funnel
Conduct very thorough initial screens (often 45–60 minutes) with crafted questions to surface candidates' track record and fit
Own senior-level searches in the U.S. and Canada across R&D, GTM, and G&A (product management, business operations & analytics, design/research, growth marketing, communications, legal, content, HR, finance, administration)
Mentor and support development of junior recruiting team members through coaching and training resources

Requirements
7+ years of recruiting experience with progressively increasing complexity in the types of searches you are running
Prior experience recruiting senior IC to leadership roles across functions (product, business operations, software engineering, data science, finance, analytics)
Prior experience managing and driving progress across multiple searches
Track record of success in a high velocity, output-driven and demanding environment
Bachelor's degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
Experience recruiting for tech startups (in-house or agency) (application asks about startup recruiting experience)
Authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada (application asks this explicitly)
Deep curiosity, ability to seek depth and understand business and teams
Driver mentality: impatient with stalled progress and relentlessly pushes for results
