Client Partner

• Responsible for building and overseeing growth plans for our client, working to achieve set targets throughout the year
• Drive innovation by representing Jellyfish in marketing efforts and staying ahead of industry trends: build an external voice
• Anticipate client needs in areas of creative and production by knowing which questions to ask
• Support in new business by leading pitches in partnership with the Growth team, building commercials, teams while driving the narrative and deliverables/timelines

CPs should be constantly optimizing and looking for ways to improve relationships, ways of working, always taking a periscopic view of ‘what’s next, how can we make this greater, what are the potential smoking fires and how do we put them out before they become flames’
• Maintain relationships with key senior client stakeholders, while building and expanding beyond these to open new doors
• Collaborate with department and industry leads to pursue growth opportunities
• Monitor commercial aspects of client relationships, driving operational improvements and efficiency
• Lead complex client renewals, ensuring long-term success and profitability

Engineering Manager

• Lead the engineering team working to transform our platform for the AI Native age. Start with agentic chat, then build the full agentic platform.
• Inspire a culture of curiosity, learning, experimentation and ownership.
• Directly manage engineers on your team and matrix-manage other engineers in the organization as needed.
• Be involved in technical decision making through architecture, design, or code review

AI Product Engineering Manager

Administrative Assistant

• Reporting to the People Director, the Office Manager plays a varied role in ensuring the smooth, day-to-day running of the office.
• Create and maintain a pleasant working environment, ensuring high levels of organisational effectiveness, communication and safety.
• Have contact with all levels of internal staff as well as clients and visitors.
• Work part-time from our Melbourne office and remotely supporting Sydney office, also management of shared workspace.
• Meet and greet all guests and providing refreshments when requested.
