About the role
- Partner with the AD and SAM to ensure the smooth daily running of the Oura account, acting as a reliable right-hand in the delivery of international marketing and creative adaptation.
- Take the lead on smaller, localized projects—managing them from initial brief through to final delivery across Digital, Social, Print, and OOH.
- Oversee the high-volume production of assets in multiple languages, ensuring all internal and external team members are aligned, informed, and hitting their marks.
- Build proactive, positive relationships with the client and internal teams, ensuring client expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
- Support the team in identifying opportunities to cross-sell Jellyfish services and building rapport across all levels of the client's business.
- Help manage the end-to-end briefing process and internal quality control, ensuring every asset is brand-perfect before it reaches the client.
Requirements
- Ideal role for someone with 1–3+ years of experience who wants to master the complexities of international marketing localization and creative production.
- A base understanding of communication channels, the digital nature of modern media, and the logistics of campaign delivery.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced brand or agency environment.
- The ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to both clients and agency colleagues.
- You thrive in a team setting, valuing diverse contributions and working seamlessly with Integrated Producers and creative resources.
- You love getting to know your clients, understanding their business goals, and looking for ways to add genuine value.
- You are proactive in finding solutions to unforeseen challenges and stay curious about the latest industry trends.
