About the role
- Oversee a portfolio of accounts within Jellyfish
- Responsible for building and overseeing growth plans for clients
- Drive innovation by representing Jellyfish in marketing efforts
- Support in new business by leading pitches in partnership with the Growth team
- Provide strategic support to Account Directors and Client Management teams
- Lead teams in nurturing client relationships
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and client relationship surveys
- Monitor commercial aspects of client relationships
- Mentor and support junior team members
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in client management or related field
- Proven track record of driving profitable growth for clients
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
