About the role
- Own and manage inbound customer enquiries end-to-end.
- Use strong digital and commercial understanding to diagnose customer needs.
- Lead consultative sales conversations with senior stakeholders.
- Develop tailored, commercially compelling proposals.
- Work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams.
- Own the sales pipeline through to close, forecasting accurately.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of revenue drivers, pricing, and deal economics.
- Ability to lead structured, insight-driven sales conversations.
- Solid working knowledge of digital products, services, and market trends.
- Capability to create clear, persuasive proposals that articulate customer value, outcomes, pricing, and ROI.
- Proven ability to work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams.
- Strong organisational and analytical skills to manage opportunities end-to-end.
