About the role

  • Own and manage inbound customer enquiries end-to-end.
  • Use strong digital and commercial understanding to diagnose customer needs.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of revenue drivers, pricing, and deal economics.
  • Ability to lead structured, insight-driven sales conversations.
  • Solid working knowledge of digital products, services, and market trends.
  • Capability to create clear, persuasive proposals that articulate customer value, outcomes, pricing, and ROI.
  • Proven ability to work closely with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams.
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills to manage opportunities end-to-end.
